Our delicious healthy, fresh, and local menu

Meals follow a S.L.O.W. approach, seasonal, local, organic, whole, made in-house using ingredients sourced locally. The menu draws on Balinese flavours and is built to give you the energy for an active day.

Cooking with flames

Each morning starts with a fresh blended fruit juice and a choice of Indonesian coffee or tea, a latte, or a fresh coconut.

The breakfast menu includes fruit, granola and yoghurt or smoothie bowls, loaded avocado toast, morning greens, and Bali pancakes, among other options. You can choose two dishes from 14 options, served from 7am to 10am.

Lunch is made with ingredients bought fresh from the market each day, with enough variety to suit most dietary needs. It is all-you-can-eat, so going hungry is not really an option.

Wrap

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and omnivore diets are all catered for.

Nasi campur

Regular options include a falafel wrap, linguine with prawn, and a local favourite, seafood nasi campur. Lunch is served from 12pm to 2pm.

On Saturdays we alternate between a BBQ and a wood-fired pizza evening.

Dinner is not included, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We run a weekly schedule of evening plans that usually includes dinner at a local restaurant, so there is always a suggestion if you are unsure where to go.
