Even though we have many repeat guests and are used to everybody who joins us having a great time — whether it’s their first or fifth stay — we wanted to expand on our standard surfing program to develop a retreat program that would give guests something to take home with them — to help them have a great rest of their lives after their holidays have finished.

We came up with a retreat that teaches you how to increase levels of happiness in your day to day life and provides tools to help manage the everyday stresses of family life, work and relationships. So much more than just a holiday!

These tools and experiences will translate to improved sleep and recovery, enhancement of your creative skills, better relationships, upgraded health and a general sense of peace and contentment to carry with you.

The latest psychological research studies on wellbeing and happiness inform the techniques used in our program which draw from age-old traditional yogic, Buddhist and Taoist mindfulness practices.
