As a sunrise surf and yoga resort, our first surf session or yoga class will take place in the early morning, allowing you to make the most of your activity-filled day. Our daily schedule is thoughtfully designed to align with the ever-changing dynamics of the ocean, optimizing your surf experience while offering additional retreat activities for those who choose not to surf.
After mornings filled with yoga, surfing, and wonderful S.L.O.W. breakfasts and lunches, we engage in in-depth wellness discussions and activities. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to lead you through self-reflection and self-discovery, allowing you to explore happiness, peace, well-being, and the development of personal resilience. Following these enlightening experiences, you have the option to participate in an afternoon session of rejuvenating yoga or fitness. Our program offers something for everyone and includes more than enough to keep you stoked, healthy and happy. However, we encourage participants to pace themselves by not trying to do everything, which would be exhausting. In fact, it will be impossible to join all the surf and yoga activities every day. Instead, we recommend listening to your body, take some relaxation time by the pool, and make choices that will facilitate balance and your overall well-being.
